The ancient reservoir in the shore of Naples, has become an underground landmark. Hidden from view, but at the same time, magic. Our aim is to keep its history, its atmosphere, and transform it into a space dedicated to contemporary art. 
Now, the connection between the exterior and interior world of the building is practically non-existent. We want to change that, to create a reservoir of people instead of water. To achieve this, we must dissolve its borders. Erase the limit that separates the street and the building. By opening the walls, and allowing people to walk in, a new public space is formed, between inside and outside, between past and present.
